20-Point Service Program Comprehensive 20 Point System Checkup for your Central Vacuum System (Manufacturers' Recommendation every 3 years)
Power Unit
Tighten intake, exhaust and line clamp
Inspect internal motor plate gasket for proper sealing
Inspect motor, relay transformer for any problems
Tighten dirt canister clamps if needed
Empty & clean dirt canister
Clean protective lint screen
Clean exterior of power unit and nearby pipe
Check operation of utility valve
Explain routine maintenance to home owner
Ensure warranty information is registered with the factory
Tube System
Check inlet valve switch for proper functionality (making
sure system is activated when the in door is open and the
hose fits securely)
Check inlet valve screws and level if needed
Tighten all inlet valve screws and level if needed
Run a pressure check on entire system and record sealed and
working vacuum
Troubleshoot any leakage found
Accessories Clean all standard tools
Inspect turbine power brush, inspect bearings, replace belt if
Needed (one power brush included in maintenance package;
$19.95 per each additional power brush)
Check hoses for obstructions
Ensure hose rack is installed and secure
Ensure hose sock is tied and securely in place (if applicable)

Turbine Power Tune up (Manufacturers' Recommendation Annually)
Break down turbine power head Clean inside and out
Check bearings, turbine, o-rings and all internal parts
Replace belt

Make recommendations for any items found in need of replacement
